A project, based on one of my internships, the task was to figure out the return of the current Loyalty program being used by the organization and how can we improve it.
This project involved a lot of primary as well as secondary consumer surveys and research along with interesting insights on shopper behavior.
In the end, it is there are some recommendations using both online and offline channels, merging them into an omnichannel way of retail and how can the organization provide a good loyalty program to its consumers for them to keep knocking on the doors again and again.
